KMC FLOAT This was for the annual, televised, Holiday At Home Parade, held on Labor Day in Kettering, Ohio. I Based this on "Precious Moments". This float symbolized this Christian Hospital's mission and role. Float included animated sheep, mechanical butterflies, and canned music of a children's choir singing, "He's Got The Whole World In His Hands". Both floats on this page were designed and produced by me with engineering provided by Kettering Medical Center. |

1995
KMC FLOAT The '95 parade theme was "Life's Fabulous Firsts". A cartoon motif was selected and a feeling of childlike innocence was created. The float was filled with animated children and animals depicting several of life's fabulous firsts: A beautiful little girl holding a blue bird, a boy playing with an animated turtle, a child swinging from a tree, the first bike ride without training wheels, and the first kiss. Also included was an animated dog watching helplessly as an animated cat ate out of his dog food bowl, and a teddy bear sitting on the back edge of the float waving good-bye. |
